Customer Care and Return Policy:
At Sugar Bloom, we take immense pride in our meticulously crafted pieces, each featuring hand-drawn designs by skilled artisans with unparalleled care and attention to detail. Our products are produced on a print-on-demand basis, ensuring that each item is unique and created only upon order placement.
Returns and exchanges are not supported for instances where a customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind. We encourage our customers to review their orders carefully before confirming to ensure complete satisfaction.
However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In the event of a damaged product or manufacturing error, we are committed to providing a hassle-free resolution. Here's our process for such situations:
1. Contact Us: If you receive a damaged product or encounter a manufacturing error, please reach out to our customer support team within 30 days of product delivery. You can do so by visiting our contact page.

2. Provide Documentation: To expedite the resolution process, kindly attach a clear photo showcasing the issue. For cases involving multiple products with the same design issue, we may require an additional photo or video demonstrating all affected items in one frame for confirmation purposes.

3. Resolution: Upon verification of the issue, we offer two options:
* Free Replacement: We will promptly arrange for a replacement of the damaged product at no additional cost.
* Refund: Alternatively, you may opt for a refund, which refund will be returned directly to the original payment source
* Wrong Size or Color: We regret to inform you that we cannot accommodate returns or refunds for orders with incorrect size or color specifications.
* Unsuccessful Delivery or Stolen Item: While we take every precaution to ensure your items are shipped safely, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been dispatched. However, we understand how frustrating this situation is we recommend using the tracking number, which can be used to follow up with the carrier to try and resolve the issue. We encourage you to reach out to them directly for further assistance.
* Print Placement Tolerance: For DTG (Direct-to-Garment) products, a tolerance of 0.5" is allowed for print placement. Minor variations within this tolerance will not be considered as defects.
